    I am appalled at the approval of this institution for the justification of shooting and killing a dog with a pellet gun. If the dogs were fighting how can you get a clear shot at a dog. This justification does not add up. Questions about was the neighbor's dog injured, did it go to the vet, did the police have the vet do an investigation, were there any witnesses. Why is it okay to shoot a dog with pellets, why not shoot in the air. Dogs like to play and what you think is attacking is playing. Sounds like just another loose investigation about a dog dying. Got the answer you wanted and walked away. Shame. Shame. Shame. Sloppy work.
